ETW has a menu of specially curated excursions you can purchase and enjoy in the hours prior to the concerts.  Go to the Experience page for information.

Any tips on preparation for a day at Experience the Wonder?

We would suggest starting the day with perhaps a round of world-class golf, a Health and Wellness Workshop or even Spa services which are available at the Resorts.
